Designed for rope ascents, the Petzl Ascension Left-Handed Ascender features an ergonomic overmolded grip and upper section for a comfortable and powerful hold when pulling with one or two hands. Simple and efficient to use, its wide opening easily accommodates gloved hands, while the integrated safety catch prevents accidental snagging. The toothed stainless steel cam features a self-cleaning slot that optimizes performance even on icy or muddy ropes. Multiple attachment points include a wide lower hole for attaching lanyards and foot loops, as well as an upper hole for clipping a carabiner around the rope.
