NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY FOR BIKE SERVICE

*Please clean your bike before dropping off for service.  A bike wash and $25 wash fee may be added at mechanics discretion.*

 

*One Tier 1 Tune included with purchase of new bike, MUST be done within 30 days of purchase*

 

In an effort to maximize our efficiency and expedite your repair, by agreeing to any of our Tune Up options, you authorize us to proceed with the repair at the estimated cost and, at our discretion, up to $50 in additional replacement parts/labor. Should the repairs require parts exceeding this value, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with the repair.

 

 Tier 1 Tune: $90

 

    • Inspect frame, fork and wheels
    • Check chain, tire and brake pad wear
    • True wheels
    • Adjust brakes and shifting 
    • Adjust headset, bottom bracket and wheel hub bearings
    • Torque all nuts and bolts
    • Lube chain and pivots
    • Inflate tires
    • Test ride

 Tier 2 Tune (Best Value): $150

 

      • Bike Wash
      • Inspect frame, fork and wheels

      • Full drivetrain cleaning (removal, cleaning, reinstallation)
      • True wheels
      • Adjust brakes and shifting 
      • Adjust headset, bottom bracket and wheel hub bearings
      • Torque all nuts and bolts
      • Lube chain and pivots
      • Inflate tires
      • New cables 
      • No labor charge for install of new drivetrain parts

eBike Service

 

  • We provide full service options for all eBike brands we sell (Cannondale, Giant, Liv, Santa Cruz, Yeti) as well as other bike brands using Bosch, or Shimano drive units
  • We will do our best to service the mechanical components of all other eBike brands or conversions. The battery must be removed before leaving for service.
  • We do not service bicycles with gas conversion kits, scooters, electric scooters, or electronics on ebike motor/battery brands we do not carry.

    • Hub Drive eBike $20 plus cost of tube
    • Warranty/Diagnostic including E-Bikes subject to hourly rate
