Estimated Shipping Timelines

Most orders will ship within 1 business day of being placed via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Most orders arrive 3-10 business days from date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, like weather-related delays or holidays.

Shipping Restrictions by Location

We only ship to addresses within the contiguous U.S. and only accept United States Dollars for payment.

Due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to ship certain products to some locations. For example, California and New York have restrictions on textiles containing per and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). These products will contain a statement on their respective product pages explaining the restriction, and you will only be able to select "in-store pickup" as a delivery option at checkout if you enter a restricted location as a shipping address.

Package Forwarding Services

Due to agreements with our vendors, we are unable to ship to package forwarding services.

In Store Pickup

Pickup orders may take up to 1 business day to process.  Some items may require additional processing time.  We will contact you via email or phone call when your order is ready for pickup.  If you need an item ready the same day, please call the store during normal business hours and we will accommodate to the best of our abilities.

Items that are not picked up within 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and returned to our inventory.

Returns & Cancellations

The Pathfinder of West Virginia makes every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The customer received approval for the return from The Pathfinder of West Virginia before shipping the item(s) back.
  • Item(s) are in new, unused and unaltered condition with all original packaging
  • The item(s) is returned within 30 days from date of online purchase or 14 days for in store purchase.
  • The item(s) was not marked as a "Final" sale or otherwise marked as being ineligible for return at the time of purchase.

You, the customer, will be required to pay any shipping costs to send the product back to The Pathfinder of West Virginia.

Shipping and handling charges are not eligible for refund.

If you do not cancel your order before it is shipped you are responsible for any shipping and handling charges regardless of whether the item(s) have been delivered yet.  If you refuse shipment you will be responsible for shipping charges both to you and back to The Pathfinder of West Virginia.

For returns of orders paid for with a credit card and/or debit card, refunds will be applied to the same card number that was used for the original purchase.

If a gift certificate or card, voucher, coupon or payment mechanism other than a credit or debit card was used to pay the original price, or if the purchase was part of a special offer or sale, we may give you a merchandise credit at our sole discretion. After we have received your valid return, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a non-transferable gift certificate or gift card, a credit to the payment card used to pay for the product, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

Returned item must be the same item that was initially purchased from Pathfinder of WV (do not switch product purchased from Pathfinder of WV for product purchased from another retailer).  Return fraud is a crime and we will pursue legal action if necessary.

If you do not comply with each of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
