Most pickup orders are ready within 1 business day. However, some items may require additional processing time. We will contact you via email or phone call when your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item ready the same day, please call the store during normal business hours and we will accommodate to the best of our abilities.

If you are not satisfied with your in-store pickup purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Products must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging to be eligible for return.

Items that are not picked up within 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and returned to our inventory.
